I do not offer refunds as each piece is made-to-order and uniquely handmade. However, I truly want you to be happy with your purchase, so I will happily exchange if for some reason your item is delivered broken and do what I can to work with you to ensure a happy transaction.  
No exchanges for any reason once your order has been created.

Please contact my shop within 48 hours from delivery and send a photo of the damage, and I will be happy to replace items damaged from delivery.


I only ship to the address you provide at check out.

I will ship your order through USPS, in a Priority Mail small flat rate box. Tracking is always provided. 

Orders from Stockings are ready to ship in 10 business days.

Custom Orders or made-to-order, please allow for 2 weeks for fulfillment of order for single items and 3 weeks for sets/multiples since I may need to source materials that are a better match than what is in stock.

International shipping charges may vary and can be very expensive. Overages of $3 and more will happily be refunded. Shipping for international orders is automatically calculated . If you are not charged sufficient postage I will invoice you for the difference.
Please send an inquiry and I can give you an approximate USPS international shipping cost.

I am not responsible for any lost/damaged items due to incorrect handling by the carrier. I encourage tracking/insurance be purchased by the buyer for international orders. Tracking is included in US orders.

Your order will be carefully packaged to reduce the chance of items breaking during shipping; however, if you are not willing to take even the slightest risk, please email me prior to purchase to discuss shipping options. Additional fees may apply.

Customs may be extra based on location and paid for by the buyer.
